At Body Balancing Nutrition, our team comprises highly qualified dietitians and nutritionists who bring a wealth of experience and a passion for health improvement. With a track record spanning over 15 years, our professionals have dedicated their careers to understanding and implementing the most effective strategies in nutritional science. They work collaboratively to design personalized programs that address individual health needs, from weight management to chronic condition support.

Liran M

Senior Dietitian

Liran is a vibrant and passionate member of BBN. She is brilliant at empowering people and believes everyone has what it takes to make the right changes to become fitter, healthier and more energetic. Liran is a Clinical Dietitian specialising in Weight Loss for people with complex conditions and circumstances. With over 16 years’ experience in the wellness industry, Liran works closely with her clients to help identify areas where small, gradual changes make a huge difference. She enjoys finding creative solutions to motivate clients and make their health journey fun and easy. Liran has two children and understands the importance of time management and what it takes to help many of her clients make better choices with food while juggling their busy lifestyles.

Abigail C

Dietitian

Abigail is from Canada and moved to Australia during Covid to complete her master’s degree. She is interested in sports nutrition and is working towards getting accredited as a sports dietitian with Sports Dietitian Australia. She promotes a food first approach when it comes to health as the right nutrition, in the right amounts, will provide all the nutrients your body needs to thrive. She also knows that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another, this is why she values and practices a client-centred approach and builds great relationships with clients.

Charlotte

Nutritionist

Charlotte graduated as a Nutritionist in 2017. She has had a passion and interest in nutrition from a young age which started from an enjoyment of cooking healthy food. Charlotte believes in helping clients learn simple strategies to create a healthy and balanced diet that suits their lifestyle. She takes a holistic approach with her clients to help set up long term, sustainable changes to allow for long-term health benefits. Charlotte loves working at BBN as she enjoys supporting and motivating clients throughout their journey to achieve their goals and optimal health outcomes.

Wellness Program Specialist

Tanya’s passion for the Nutrition industry is apparent from the moment you meet her. She is totally committed to motivating and inspiring anyone who comes through the BBN front door. Tanya has been a key member on the BBN team for over 10 years and she delivers the right information in a way BBN clients can easily understand to get them started on your health journey. Tanya’s background is in business, having owned and run profitable businesses for the past 25 years, now combined with her interest in health and wellness, is largely behind BBN’s ongoing and long running success. Tanya has a powerful desire to educate as many people as possible to understand food, and the massive impact it has on us all, both immediate and long term.

Sarah has always had a passion for health and fitness and loves sharing her passion with everyone who walks through the BBN door. Sarah has over 15 years' experience in management, strategic planning, marketing, project management and client services. Originally from London, Sarah immigrated to Perth 10 years ago on a highly skilled visa. Since then, she has worked as a Marketing Director within an international marketing agency as well as run and more recently sold, her own successful business. Sarah has experience working across B2C and B2B and enjoys working with both clients and businesses. She forms part of the BBN leadership & management team and is an integral part of BBN. She is always positive & smiling and rarely misses a day at the gym.

Originally from Ireland, Alesia immigrated to Perth 9 years ago. Alesia has over 6 years' experience in admin and customer service roles. Alesia loves being able to help people and make them feel welcome with a friendly smile. Highly recommend this program. I decided to go and try it for weight loss but mostly try to increase my metabolism and found out I wasn’t actually eating enough. I am now eating way more food than I ever had. The results were quick, I’ve gained more muscle and lost quite a bit of fat.

My wife Tania and I absolutely love BB. It has really assisted us in dropping off unnecessary kilos and the service from the staff is very special. We eat heaps and WHEN we really focus on following our plan the weight comes off very consistently. Minimal suffering for excellent outcomes. We have become used to eating this way and the body appears to really appreciate it. We had Brigette as our consultant and we can’t speak highly enough of her. Very positive but constructive as well.

Cannot rate my thoughts on body balancing high enough. Being pre menopausal and yo yo dieting I knew I had to find something to help me get rid of my excess weight for health and mental well-being. I have an interest in health and nutrition and knew this place was legitimate and not a quick fix. Liran is a wealth of knowledge of absolutely every aspect of health and is happy to help with anything. I joined with a friend and we have both lost over 12kg each in just over 4mnths. Thanks for making me realise I now have to eat different for my age and more often!

We run both in person appointments at our private nutrition clinic in West Perth, or appointments can be conducted online via Zoom
