Q: What programs do you offer?

  1. Bronze Program
    This is an overall WELLNESS nutrition advice plan for those wanting to gain additional energy, better sleep, balanced hormones, better mental concentration and balanced blood sugars. The aim of this program is also to guard against Diabetes, Cancer, and Heart Disease. You will start to notice significant improvements and results within days of starting on the plan.
  2. Silver Program
    A WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS plan for those who want to lose 5Kg or less. The plan comprised of 5 weekly healthy weigt loss sessions and an excellent level of support.
  3. Gold Program
    This is a high level WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS plan for those who want to lose more than 5Kg. It comprises 9 weight loss sessions, and while it is usually carried out at weekly intervals there is the opportunity to revert to fortnightly sessions after the 5th visit. This plan is even more cost effective than Silver, and incorporates enhanced levels of support over the longer term.

Our aim is to promote healthy weight loss - rather than rapid weight loss which comes at a cost. The best weight loss diet is always based around "slow and steady" progess.



Q: Do you do discounted rates?

  1. Bring a friend!
    If you sign up at the same time as a friend you will both receive a $50 voucher which you can use as a deposit – or to purchase products such as Megaburn bars.
  2. Family Value
    If you sign up with a one or more family members, you will each receive $50 voucher which you can use as a deposit – or to purchase products such as Megaburn bars.

Q: Is there any advantage if I refer a friend or family member?

You will receive 2 boxes of FREE Megaburn bars per patient you refer. Body Balancing Nutrition is the distributor for Megaburn bars. These nutritious balanced snacks are convenient for those times when you are away from your kitchen without the right balance of food. You can keep Megaburn bars in your bag, car, or at work for just such times. Many different flavours are available – ask when you call in.



Q: How long before I see results?

People often comment on getting their “zest for life” back within 3 short days. The average weight loss in your first week and each week thereafter is ½ kg to 1kg. Any more than this will promote muscle degradation and reductions in metabolism. As a Clinical Nutritionist, Vicki emphasises balance and healthy weight loss.



Q: Most weight loss programs leave you with hunger and cravings. Will I feel this way on the Body Balancing Nutrition program?

Q: Will I be weighed each week?

Yes. Weight, body fat, muscle, and body water will taken each session; along with centimetre loss. It’s important to be thorough and get a full picture of weight loss.



Q: Is the program easy to follow?

As is the case of anything new, it can take a week or so to learn the methodology of the Body Balancing Nutrition program. After this time it will become second nature and you will find it easy. You will feel so great and energised that you will realise what a significant improvement the Body Balancing Nutrition plan offers.



Q: Do I have to exercise?

It always makes sense to get exercise each day if you can. However, you will see results without exercising. Unlike other weight loss programs that attain weight loss (that is mostly muscle loss), the Body Balancing Nutrition program promotes Growth Hormone. Growth Hormone enhances muscle growth and body fat burning capacity. Hence the program is very good at building muscle and burning body fat for energy.



Q: Can I incorporate the Body Balancing Nutrition program into my life after I’ve lost the weight?

Absolutely. It is designed as a lifestyle plan. Body Balancing Nutrition is very versatile and sustainable and is, in fact a recommende way of life!



Q: I have Chron’s Disease or Coeliac’s disease. Can I do the program?

Because you will be working with a highly trained Clinical Nutritionist, you can be rest assured she has all the clinical knowledge to help you and your condition. Body Balancing Nutrition has considerable experience with various conditions, Chron’s and Coeliac’s included.



Q: I am a vegetarian, can I do the program?

Yes, although you may find it more challenging. You may need to rethink your protein choices in your diet to gain optimal health.



Q: I dine out a lot. Can I incorporate the Body Balancing Nutrition program?

Yes. The Body Balancing Nutrition program is easy and versatile. It is designed to fit into your lifestyle.



Q: Are there any other supplements I need to take?

Yes. Fish oils are essential to the program and we sell them in a large economical tub. These fish oils are of the highest pharmaceutical grade and quality. You will not find any other fish oils this good on the market.

As a fully fledged nutritional practice, we will analyse your body’s chemistry to assess if there is any need for additional supplement. Not all bodies are the same and so you may need some metabolic correction through natural prescription.



Q: Do you have liquid meals/meal replacements as part of the program?

No. These can be dangerous to your health, inducing fatty liver and muscle loss thus upsetting the body’s natural balance and weight loss capacity.



Q: What happens if I’m going on holiday? Can I still start the program?

Absolutely. It is a very adaptable eating plan that can be used in any part of the world. Regarding your program, it is acceptable to have a week or two (or even more in some cases) away from your weekly sessions. However, we do find that regular weekly sessions work best.
