Program Description

Bronze Wellness Lifestyle Program

If you are a child or doing the program purely for marked improvements in energy, well-being, mental concentration and capabilities, and improvements in skin without requiring any weight loss, choose this program.


Program runs for 2 weeks.

Silver Weightloss and Wellness Lifestyle Program

If you want to do the BBN program for other benefits that you will see quite quickly, including wellness; or to lose less than 5Kg, this is the program you should choose.


Program runs for 5 weeks

Gold Weightloss and Wellness Lifestyle Program

If you want to do the BBN program for weight loss and need to lose more than 5Kg, this is the program for you. You will see the other benefits, but you will need the support follow up sessions to keep you focused, on track and motivated. If you hit a plateau, I can adjust your program to help you flush out the fats again.


Program runs for 9 weeks.

Continuance Program

If you are at the end of your gold or silver program and have more weight to lose you will need to add this program for support until you reach your goal weight.


This is an open ended program

Maintenance Program

When you have reached your goal weight you will progress to Maintenance. This program is prescribed at the level of support that the patient requires. Most patients Check-in every 3 months so that this plan will last for 9 to 12 months. Some patients Check-in every 6 months therefore spanning the program out for 18 months. There is email support available with this plan. If you are happy on maintenance and require a Refresher Check-in to see if you are still on track, please contact my office and I will be more than happy to see you and discuss your needs.
