I contacted BBN hoping to gain a better understanding of my body, with the goal to tone up and feel a greater sense of health and well-being. I had always thought my diet and exercise regime was good and that I didn’t have too much weight to lose. After my initial meeting with BBN, I learnt that I was in fact under nourishing my body and had gained a lot of unnoticed weight over a long period of time due to a lack of understanding.
After signing up and beginning my BBN journey with the help of my great nutritionist, I quickly saw changes, not only in my physical appearance, but also mentally and internally. Within a week I had lost 2kg, was sleeping better and felt considerable changes in my energy levels. Over the course of three months I lost just under 10kg and, more importantly, saw my muscle mass grow and my BMI and visceral fat number drop. My good eating and exercise regime was showing and I felt so pleased!
Two months on I have stuck with the basic principles of BBN (with a few blow outs here and there) and find that it fits so easily into my everyday life. I never deprive myself and have found lots of delicious, easy and, most importantly, balanced recipes on their website.
BBN helped me to understand about balance in my meals and regular eating and how having both of these under control could really change my life… and it has. I can very happily say the BBN way is not a diet, it is a lifestyle!
