I contacted Body Balancing Nutrition when I realised that I’d gained quite a lot of weight after having major shoulder surgery. I’d gone from being relatively fit and what I thought was quite healthy to doing no exercise at all and eating junk for comfort. I felt terrible, wasn’t sleeping well, had huge energy slumps during the day and was fed up with everything. I knew I needed a change so I googled nutrition in Perth.

I thought I was reasonably healthy before but the knowledge I have gained now has completely changed the way I look at food. I’ve lost 6.2kg of body fat in just over 2 months and I’ve gone from being depressed, unfit, lethargic and generally hating the way I looked to feeling totally fabulous and I find I’ve boundless energy right through the day. I’m a very busy person, working full time and studying and along with my plans to get back to training 4 to 5 days a week, the thing I feared the most about a nutrition or eating plan was that it would be too time consuming and hard to maintain. Boy was I wrong. What I have been taught is so easy and achievable and is more of an education, a lifestyle change that has set me up for the long term.
