Yes, your program appointments after can be run through Zoom or Skype after your initial consult which you will need to visit the clinic for.
Not if you don’t want to! Your day will consist of meals and snacks, and these can be as low preparation as you would like them to be. While a wide range of fresh food and vegetables is great for getting in nutrients, we can get great benefit out of some packaged foods. These options will be shown to you within your program.
It is normal from time to time to have blowouts on alcohol, chocolate, dessert and alike. At Body Balancing Nutrition we recognise this is a natural part of life and therefore have food and behavioural protocols and tools that help you manoeuvre through these mine fields with ease and without guilt. This makes our program a lifestyle not a diet.

Yes, if you do choose to sign up for one of our programs, we will pair you with one of our dietitians who have a health insurance provider number. We work with all major health funds. You will need to make sure your extras cover includes nutrition and dietetics.
